As appointments are subject to availability, advanced reservations are strongly recommended to ensure your desired dates and times. We request a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel a reservation. Any package reservation will require a 25% deposit at time of booking. Services and prices in this menu are subject to change without notice.
Gift cards are available for services and retail. Gift cards cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card or be replaced if lost or stolen.
Retail products may be returned within 14 days of original purchase, refund will be given as a gift card. You must have the original receipt and packaging at time of return. No cash or credit card refunds.
Estancia is designed to relax and relieve you from daily stress. To ensure the serenity of our environment, no children under 16 years of age are allowed to receive or accompany any Spa service. Children may be scheduled for Salon appointments, but are only allowed for the duration of their individual appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your Spa appointment to allow ample time for check in. If you should arrive late, your service may be shortened to maintain your service provider’s schedule.
It is important to inform and update your service provider of any health conditions or allergies you may have, as we want to ensure your services are appropriately selected.
We recommend securing all valuables prior to your appointment as we will not be liable for any lost personal items. Please silence all cell phones, pagers and/or PDAs.
